BD Board Declares Dividends

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., July 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.79 per common share, payable on September 30, 2020 to holders of record on September 9, 2020.  The indicated annual dividend rate is $3.16 per share.  In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $15.8333334 per share on the 6.00% mandatory convertible preferred stock, Series B, payable on September 1, 2020 to holders of record on August 15, 2020.  This represents $0.79166667 per depositary share (NYSE: BDXB).
